Booking conditions
Below you will find the main information regarding your stay at Hotel La Maison Wellness & Spa.
Check-in
- Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please contact the property in advance to arrange your check-in.
- Documents: At check-in, a valid ID (ID card or passport) is required for each guest, adults and children, as required by Italian law.
Check-out
Check-out time: by 10:30 AM.
Number of guests and room occupancy
The reservation is valid exclusively for the number of guests indicated in the confirmation email. Any additional guests not communicated in advance are not included in the reservation.
- If the room type does not allow additional beds, it will be necessary to book another accommodation (subject to availability).
- If the room allows additional beds, extra guests will be charged with a separate daily fee according to the current price list.
This condition applies to all guests, adults and children.
SPA
The SPA at La Maison Wellness & Spa is open every day from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM and is reserved for hotel guests aged 16+.
- Swimwear must be worn in all areas.
- In the sauna, swimwear is optional; in this case, please sit/lie on a towel.
Outdoor pool
The heated outdoor pool (30°C) is open during the summer months from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and is accessible to guests of all ages.
Pets
We are sorry, but we are not able to host pets at our property.
Quiet hours
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room, furnishings, or common areas during their stay. Any damages will be charged based on the cost of repair or replacement.
Cancellation, late arrival and early departure
The conditions applicable to your booking are stated in the confirmation email and may vary depending on the selected rate.
Cancellation
- If cancellation occurs after the allowed deadline, the penalty stated in the confirmation will apply.
- In case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- Non-refundable rates do not provide any refund in case of modification or cancellation.
Late arrival or early departure
In case of arrival after the confirmed check-in date or early departure, the full amount of the booked stay will be charged.
Travel insurance
To protect the value of your stay in case of late cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is not included in the booking total and is due at check-out. The tourist tax is € 2.50 per guest aged 14 and over, subject to any municipal changes.
