What are the main strengths of the hotel?
We are a small, family-run hotel set in the Belluno Dolomites, with the aim of making every guest feel at home. We focus on well-being by offering a SPA area included in every booking and a heated outdoor pool (summer only), perfect for relaxing while taking in the mountain views. In addition, our winter shuttle to the Alleghe ski lifts is free and operates on call, as is our private, monitored parking, always included in the price. Starting this year, all our rooms also feature air conditioning, adding extra comfort for hotter days. Our location, 1.5 km from the center of Alleghe, complete with a panoramic lakeside walkway, rounds out the experience of a comfortable and rejuvenating stay.
What sets you apart from other hotels?
With us, everything you need to relax is already included: SPA, heated pool, private parking, and the shuttle service to the ski lifts are all provided at no extra cost, with no need for separate bookings. No surprises upon arrival, as all these services are already included. We focus on transparency and guest care: no hidden fees, no extra charges, for a genuinely authentic wellness experience in a family-oriented environment.
Can children access the indoor SPA or the outdoor pool?
Access to the indoor SPA is restricted to adults aged 16 and over.
The outdoor pool (open in summer only) is available to the entire family!
Do you have a restaurant or offer half-board service?
We do not have an in-house restaurant, but we do provide breakfast. We are happy to help you choose local restaurants; you will also receive a digital guide upon arrival.
Does the hotel have air conditioning?
Yes, all our rooms feature air conditioning. At La Maison, we always focus on your comfort: even though mountain temperatures are generally pleasant, we wanted to add an extra touch for warmer days. You can adjust it as you wish to ensure a consistently comfortable stay.
How large are your rooms?
Most of our accommodations are Junior Suites, measuring about 30–35 m², featuring comfortable Simmons King-Size beds (2x2 meters). All Junior Suites also come with a table, bench, sofa, and air conditioning for maximum comfort on warmer days. They’re perfect for relaxing and spending time in your room!

Yes, parking is available for all our guests, free of charge. It is located outdoors, is private, and under video surveillance.

No, during the opening hours (3:00 pm – 7:30 pm), you can come whenever you like.

Our outdoor summer pool is heated to a comfortable 30°C (86°F) and features a garden with sun loungers and umbrellas overlooking the Dolomites — perfect for a relaxing day.
Do you provide a shuttle service to go skiing?
We offer a free shuttle service to and from the Alleghe ski lifts. The service is on call, so just give us a call when you need a lift!
Where are you located?
We are in the Belluno Dolomites, 1.5 km from the center of Alleghe. A lovely panoramic walkway runs along Lake Alleghe, connecting us to the town.
What activities can we do in the area?
Upon arrival, you will receive a digital guide to the region where you can discover all the available activities, perfect for exploring trails and much more. We have prepared this guide especially for you, as it will be your companion in exploring our Dolomite area.

When is check-in available?
Check-in is available from 3 pm. If you arrive early, you can still leave your luggage at reception and use the hotel facilities. Please inform us in advance if you have any special requirements.
